As a Product Manager based in the United States, Texas, you will be playing a key role in the development, launch, and growth of Expoint. The role of Product Manager will encompass multiple disciplines including product design and development, market research and analysis, partner relations, and customer relations within the tech industry. You will be working on creating and expanding product offerings through identifying customer needs, crafting feature sets, developing roadmaps, pricing of each product and monitoring customer feedback. Your leadership skills will be tested as you coordinate with multiple stakeholders including product design, product development, sales and marketing. You will be responsible for researching competitor offerings, developing product strategy, and continuing to optimize product capabilities. You will also need to maintain strong relationships with clients in order to keep lines of communication open in order to gain insights and feedback. In addition to the technical aspects of the role, you will also be responsible for developing product marketing materials and writing technical documentation. You will need to have excellent written and verbal communication skills in order to explain complex product features and build consensus among stakeholders.
